Roadside Bomb
Roadside Bomb is Fred Nemo, Heidi X, Patricia McLean, Anais Piaff, Duane Poncy, and others who occasionally weave in and out of our existance, including Brigid Whipple, Stephen Spyrit, Casey Kohl, Ethan Allen Price, Cathy McGuire, Walt Curtis, Leanne Grabel, and more. In a previous incarnation, we were known as Out Loud, and performed at Pacific Switchboard in Portland, Oregon, as well as streetcorners, fairs, and various venues around town.
We are no longer performing at our own shows, but you can occasionally catch some of us around town at open mics.
Our collective is self-consciously political and anti-regime, and we see ourselves as part of the struggle for a better world. You are welcome to join us, read with us at Valentines, and if we like your stuff, read for our ongoing radio show/podcast.
